Introducing the Color-blocked Hartley dress! This dress is an adaptation of the Hartley dress that is an adaptation of the Hartley Skirt. It is available in lots of colors and combinations but my favorite is the black and white version. The Hartley dress has three pleats in the front and back with a solid bodice and two toned color-blocked skirt. Check out my etsy shop for more details.
